The sentence should be written as: "This sentence makes no sense".

In order to read a chart correctly you need to apply the same principles or your sentence with be like this, in your mind, and you know it. You know your mind is a jumbled, disorganized mess, don't you!? 😜

Well, is OK, today you can start to apply the "P&S" Principle :

Start with the ascendant, with the rising sign.
After you do that, the signs become houses.
Also, the planets become house rulers, not just static indicators.

These specifics bring much more depth to your understanding, both to your chart and to the chart of others you will look at.

The Formula is KING
Also, applying a formulaic approach to all of these indicators, by matching up these important frameworks already mentioned, helps to organize what you're going to say. That way, you are not just describing disconnected adjectives, but you are plugging them into a system.

Meaning,

When you describe a planet, you describe its nature, it's element, and other frameworks.
The same is true with the Zodiac signs. They are ruled by a planet, have an internal or external nature, are related to an element, a guna and more.
The same is true with the astrology houses, they are related to one of the four motivations, will be ruled by one of the planets, will be connected to an evolutionary principle, etc.

The WINNING Reading Formula

“Your ascendant is…
It is the (gender) nature of (ruling planet), making you a representative of (planet) expressing its (gender) side. Your ruling planet, (Planet) is the indicator of (its nature as a karaka). “

“(Your sign) is (element - describe) and (modality - describe). You will have a strong motivation toward (describe guna). You have a strong purpose driven toward (describe caste).”

(If there’s a planet in the first house) - “(This planet) is in your first house, showing (the planet as a karaka and a house ruler) will be important themes in your life.”

(If there’s a planet in the first house) - “(This planet) is in your first house, has a strong motivation toward (describe guna and compatibility with ascendant). This planet activates the energy of (element, gender, etc – describe them and compatibility with ascendant).

“Your ruling planet is in (house and sign), this shows you will place a lot of importance on (house qualities) and do them in a (sign qualities) way”

(If joined another planet, aspected by another planet) “Your ruling planet is joined/aspected by (identify the planet, its nature as a karaka, the houses it rules) .”

For years I have said, to "advanced" students, those who have been gathering data for years but still cannot read a chart correctly, that they do not need to gather more data, they just need to comprehend and deepen their existing knowledge.

Years ago I realized that Vedic astrology was being massively overcomplicated in the way it was being taught. This is mainly because teachers did not have a system in place. Instead, it was thought that someone needed to be “gifted” in order to understand and practice astrology. But again, that is not really the case. Vedic astrology is like any other subject that you can learn, if you go to a college and want to learn it. At least I know it is for those who study with me, because I have broken it down to these levels first - then the complexity is added on top.
